1. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order<\/strong> to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.<\/p>\n\n

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the error is ours)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for an exchange.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      3. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

      The right of withdrawal does not apply to :<\/p>\n\n

      • Customized products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Items made to order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        4. Product does not conform to the order<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

        In case of an error on our part (size, model…), please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

        We will proceed with an exchange or a refund (depending on available stock).<\/p>\n\n

        Return shipping costs <\/strong>will be covered up to the cost of a standard shipment (e.g., Colissimo without signature).<\/p>\n\n

        5. How do I make a return?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n
