Purpose and Scope<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by the Company via the website <a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mat-nak.com\/\">www.mat-nak.com.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5 wp-block-paragraph\">They are available for consultation at any time and must be accepted by the Customer before any order is placed. This acceptance constitutes full and unconditional validation. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6 wp-block-paragraph\">The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date the order is validated. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Price<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7 wp-block-paragraph\">Product prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges.<br\/>Applicable shipping costs are specified in the order summary, before validation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8 wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is registered. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9 wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a clear error (typographical or pricing error), the Seller will contact the Customer to offer an order with corrected terms. The Customer may then confirm or cancel the order. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-10 wp-block-paragraph\">For any order destined for abroad (outside the EU) or overseas territories, any customs duties and taxes remain the sole responsibility of the Buyer.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-11 wp-block-paragraph\">The products offered for sale are those available on the website <a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mat-nak.com\/\">www.mat-nak.com,<\/a> subject to availability.<br\/>Each item is described as accurately as possible. However, the photographs are not contractual. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Order<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-12 wp-block-paragraph\">Creating a customer account is required for your first order.<br\/>The ordering process involves several steps: selecting products, validating your shopping cart, accepting the Terms and Conditions, and choosing your delivery and payment methods.<br\/>The sales contract is considered concluded upon confirmation of payment by the customer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-13 wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-14 wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is made online, in full and at the time of ordering, by one of the following methods :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-15\">Credit card (secure payment via SSL)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-16\">PayPal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-17\">Bank transfer (details provided upon validation)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-18 wp-block-paragraph\">Payment data is not stored by the site and does not pass through its servers.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-19 wp-block-paragraph\">Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. The Seller cannot be held liable for any errors in the address details. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-20 wp-block-paragraph\">Estimated delivery time in mainland France: 2 to 5 business days.<br\/>Maximum legal delivery time : 30 days (Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code). If this period is exceeded, the customer may request cancellation and a refund. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Right of withdrawal and returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-21 wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the law (article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-22 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Return possible for :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-23\">Exchange<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-24\">Credit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-25\">Refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-26 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Terms :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-27\">Products are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-28\">Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the error is ours)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-29 wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are made within 14 days of notification of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-30 wp-block-paragraph\">Products that are personalized or made to order are excluded from the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-31 wp-block-paragraph\">In case of an error on our part (size, model\u2026), the return is taken care of by us up to the limit of standard costs (ex: Colissimo without signature).<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Legal guarantees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-32 wp-block-paragraph\">All products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (article 1641 of the Civil Code).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-33 wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer has 2 years to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-34 wp-block-paragraph\">Any complaint must be made to customer service within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-35 wp-block-paragraph\">The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption of the Internet network, or external intrusion.<br\/>Access to the site may be temporarily suspended without notice, particularly for maintenance.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Personal data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-36 wp-block-paragraph\">The personal data collected is essential for processing the order and issuing invoices.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-37 wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, the Client has a right of access, rectification, erasure or objection, which can be exercised :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-38\">by mail to the address of the company LOMSAWAN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-39\">or via the &#8220;Contact&#8221; section of the website <a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mat-nak.com\/\">www.mat-nak.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-40 wp-block-paragraph\">The Client can also manage their communication preferences in their personal space.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11.
