Returns & Exchanges

This section is an extract from the General Terms and Conditions of Sale available in the dedicated tab.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

2. Return procedures

• Exchange
• Credit (valid for 1 year)
• Refund

Conditions to respect :

• Items unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition and in their original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the error is ours)
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for an exchange.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the request.

3. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to :

• Customized products
• Items made to order

4. Product does not conform to the order

In case of an error on our part (size, model…), please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.

We will proceed with an exchange or a refund (depending on available stock).

Return shipping costs will be covered up to the cost of a standard shipment (e.g., Colissimo without signature).

5. How do I make a return?

• Or by registered mail with return receipt requested

We will provide you with the return address and the procedure to follow.
